I'm listening to the great NPR show called "Hearing Voices." It's a greatest hits, or a clearinghouse of radio interviews and stories. It's on at 7am on sunday mornings. Today, I'm up this early for work. Sometimes I'm just going to bed when it's starting, which makes it harder to go to bed. A year ago, I was often leaving for work in the middle of it, which often made it difficult to get to work on time. There's a lot of reflection available at this time of the week, in this time of the day. Remorse, and even revelation. This show can take your mind off the bad, or it can bring out those bad feelings due to a pavlovian association. Today, it's the latter, though it could just be a general extension of the day to day these days.
