Invite.

Here is an email I am very close to sending to my landlord via their repair request system:

It's about 3am, and I can't sleep because there are five or six kids running around on the roof. Is this something you can repair, or would you like me to take care of it?

Instead, I'm going to invite you all over to my roof. The roof door is open. Message me for details. Just stay toward the east end of the building so you're not running around on top of my apartment. If I can populate my roof with people I like, then maybe I won't mind being up this late for no reason.
